Grassy Place – Hazy IPA – New England (6.7% ABV)
Juicy–Tropical–Fruity–Smooth
Left intentionally hazy as a result of the massive hop additions in the fermenter, this beer has a smooth hop flavor and big aroma from double dry hopping.
BRW-SKI – Lager – American (4.8% ABV)
Clean-Floral-Rustic-Crisp
With reverence to our roots, we’ve created BRW-SKI (pronounced “Brewski”), a forward-thinking, German-inspired lager that drinks clean, crisp, and delicious.
Green Chop – Session IPA (4.8% ABV)
A brilliant copper-colored IPA brewed with six different American hop varieties. This IPA combines bright, earthy flavors that blend magnificently with tropical fruit aromas.
On Wisconsin! – Red Ale – American Amber (6.5% ABV)
Sweet-Fresh-Rustic-Hoppy
Our take on the classic American Amber style. This red ale has a beautiful color given by the various caramel malts which also contribute a nice sweetness. All-American hops add light flavors of orange zest to the beer.
8th Round Downtown – Pale Ale – New England (5.2% ABV)
A collaborative effort between the breweries of Green Bay, 8th Round Downtown is a hoppy and refreshing hazy pale ale. The experimental HBC 1019 hop was chosen along with Citra and Simcoe for a delicious blend of grapefruit, pine, and peach flavors on top of a silky smooth body.
Buzzy Badger – Coffee Ale (6.0% ABV)
Coffee-Vanilla-Toffee-Mocha
A medium bodied brown ale brewed with rye, coffee, and spices. This beer uses a lighter base before introducing the coffee into the flavor profile, thus allowing the roasted mocha flavor to shine through. Buzzy Badger drinks like a cold-brew coffee and is an excellent choice for all seasons.
Musky – Citra IPA – New England (6.9% ABV)
Citrusy-Juicy-Lively-Zesty
An All-Citra Hazy IPA with just a little bite! This haze was inspired by the murky depths of our Wisconsin Waters where our great state fish, the might muskellunge lurks, sunbathing toe danglers beware…
Phoenix Rising Red Lager – Amber (4.5% ABV)
This reddish lager features a slight sweetness while remaining crisp, clean and refreshing along with a low ABV making it an easy drinking beer for year-round enjoyment.
